Pastor Oza Jones Jr. is a native of Irving, TX. He has extensive ministry and community involvement. He received his call to ministry at the early age of eighteen years old and has a burning passion to reach the lost for Jesus Christ. He received his licensed to preach the gospel in 2004 by the Bible Way Community Baptist Church in Irving, TX. He has training from Southern Bible College in Dallas, Texas and Criswell College.

Pastor Jones has been the conference speaker and revivalist for several conferences nationally. Pastor Jones has over 15 years of ministry experience in the areas of Children, Youth, Young Adult, Evangelism, Missions and Marriage Counseling. Pastor Jones served at the United Christian Fellowship Church in Arlington, TX under the mentorship and leadership of Pastor George U. Effiom for 6 years. He has acclimated himself in several community ventures such as, Campus Crusade for Christ with impact that reaches out to African American college students, A.C.A.P. (Arlington Clergy and Police), and Dean for the Baptist General Convention of Texas Camp Exalted. Simultaneously, he is a guest lecturer at various local ministry groups in the Dallas/Fort Worth vicinity.

It is unequivocally clear that Pastor Jones seeks to Exalt the Savior, Equip the Saints, and Evangelize the Sinner. His key inspirational verse is Proverbs 3:5, 6 which states, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding, in all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.” He is married to Shamecca Jones (formerly Stevens of Brooklyn, NY) who is a Manager in payment processing for State Farm Insurance Company. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas and is currently working on her Masters degree in Education. Pastor Jones and his wife were married at the age of twenty and have been happily married for ten years. They have been blessed with five beautiful children Macaiah, Malachi, Majesty, Melody and Micah Jones.

Shamecca Jones (formerly Stevens of Brooklyn, NY) is a Kindergarten Teacher in the Fort Worth Independent School District. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas, a Masters degree in Leadership of Educational Administration from Capella University and is currently working on her PHD in Family Counseling from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth Texas. She was married at the age of twenty and has been happily married for twelve years. Her and her husband Oza Jones, Pastor of Grace Tabernacle of Praise in Grand Prairie, have been blessed with five beautiful children Macaiah, Malachi, Majesty, Melody and Micah Jones. Shamecca has a passion for children youth, and women. She also enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and watching movies. She has worked alongside her husband as a mentor, leader and prayer warrior for 15 years. She has founded ministry groups such as Ladies of the Lord (L.O.L.), Women of Worth (W.O.W.), and D.I.V.A.S. praise dance team. She loves God and is excited about what God is doing in her as well as her family. Her favorite scripture is Romans 8:28 “All things work together for the good of them that love God and are called according to His purpose”.
