 We are excited to have you as part of SWRM 2014!

 

To prepare for your time at SWRM 2014, here are a few helpful notes:

 

• Expo and grad school fair will be held in Rio Grande Room at Renaissance Worthington Hotel.  If you are shipping materials, please refer to the shipping/receiving form.  Shipping/Receiving Form

 

• Ship packages to arrive after 11/16/14 to the attention of ACS Conference SWRM 2014.

 

• Freeman will be loading in exhibitor setup and boards the morning of 11/19/14

 

• Rio Grande Room will be open to exhibitors after noon on 11/19/14 for setup.

 

• Booth signs, chairs, electricity and WiFi will be provided.

Current Schedule:

 

• Wednesday (11/19) - Exhibitor Welcome Reception

 

• Thursday (11/20) - Expo Open 9 am-5 pm (poster session will occur on 11/20 AM); gala reception 5-7 pm (spaces still available; register onsite)

 

• Friday (11/21) - Expo Open 9 am - 5 pm (poster sessions will occur on 11/21 AM and PM); Grad School Fair 5:30-7:30 pm

 

• Saturday (11/22) - Rio Grande Room open at 8 am for exhibitor load out (may be able to load out on 11/21 following Grad School Fair if cleared in advance)
